With the cold winter months its really important to incorporate a few habits that will keep any nasty cold away. My parents swear by ginger and ginger tee. They brew the ginger for several hours sometimes brewing it over and over again.
This filled the air of the house with the loveliest ginger smell, which already had the most intense effect on mind and body. The ginger gets sharper & spicier the longer you cook it. This recipe is a little bit simple and faster and I added some orange juice to it to make it sweeter and add some Vitamin C.
- 1 Cup Orange Juice
- 1 Tbl Ginger Syrup
- Warm the Orange Juice and add the Ginger Syrup.
